The structure consists of an open-work steel frame with a viewing platform accessible via a metal staircase. It was constructed as part of a regional tourism infrastructure project to promote the borderlands of Poland and the Czech Republic. The tower is accessible year-round and is located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. It stands on a base that allows for clear visibility in all cardinal directions. The ascent is relatively short, making it an accessible destination for casual hikers. It serves as a key vantage point for viewing the nearby peaks of the Sudetes.
