It includes a 1.9-mile paved trail that connects directly to the Lunken Airport Loop trail, creating a total contiguous path of approximately 5 miles. The terrain consists largely of reclaimed floodplain meadow and bottomland forest. A dedicated canoe access point provides entry to the Little Miami River. The park serves as a hub for both active recreation and wildlife observation due to its proximity to riparian habitats.
