Overview

Mũi Điện, also known as Cape Dai Lanh, is a prominent headland in Phu Yen province that marks one of the easternmost points of mainland Vietnam. The site features the historic Dai Lanh Lighthouse, a French-built structure dating back to 1890 that continues to guide vessels along the coast. Visitors reach the lighthouse via a stone staircase ascending the mountainside, offering unobstructed views of the East Sea and the nearby Bai Mon beach. The cape is part of a rugged coastal landscape characterized by granite rock formations and dense shrubbery. The lighthouse tower stands approximately 26 meters tall, with a light projection range of about 27 nautical miles.
