Overview

The Sky Deck KL Tower is an open-air observation platform located at a height of 300 meters above ground level. It offers an unobstructed 360-degree panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. The deck features two glass-floored Sky Boxes that extend from the ledge, allowing visitors to stand directly above the city. The tower itself is a telecommunications structure standing 421 meters tall in total. Access to the deck is via high-speed elevators that reach the upper levels in under a minute. The facility is situated within the Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve, one of the oldest permanent forest reserves in Malaysia. The Sky Deck is fully exposed to the elements, providing a different experience than the enclosed Observation Deck located one level below. It serves as a primary vantage point for observing the urban layout of the Klang Valley.
