It is one of the few temples where the idols were personally installed by Swaminarayan. The complex includes living quarters for saints and serves as a major pilgrimage site within the Saurashtra region of Gujarat. It maintains active devotional services and daily rituals following the Laxmi Narayan Dev Gadi traditions.
