Overview

Songdo Bay Station is the departure terminal for the Busan Air Cruise, an aerial tram system spanning 1.62 kilometers across Songdo Beach. The cable car system consists of 39 cabins, 13 of which feature glass floors for direct views of the ocean surface below. The route connects the east side of Songdo Beach to Amnam Park on the opposite side of the bay. The cable car reaches a maximum height of 86 meters above sea level during the transit. At the destination terminal in Amnam Park, visitors gain access to walking trails and a dinosaur-themed forest exhibition. The facility is fully operational as of June 2026, maintaining its status as a primary aerial connection across the bay. The infrastructure allows for bidirectional travel between the urban beach environment and the coastal park topography.
