Overview

Lookout Vartovna is a 37-meter-high steel observation tower situated on the Vartovna hill at an elevation of 651 meters. It features a spiraling external staircase leading to a viewing platform positioned at a height of 35 meters. The structure was designed by architect Ivan Bergmann and officially opened to the public in 2009. From the summit, visitors have panoramic views of the Vizovice Highlands, Hostýn-Vsetín Mountains, and, on clear days, the White Carpathians. The tower is constructed from galvanized steel with wooden elements on the railings and floor. It serves as a prominent landmark along the ridge path connecting the villages of Seninka and Jasenná.
