Overview

Siam Park is a Thai-themed water park located in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, covering 185,000 square meters. The park features an extensive collection of Thai-inspired architecture, reportedly the largest in the world outside of Thailand. Its most prominent attraction is the Tower of Power, a 28-meter high vertical drop slide that passes through a shark-filled aquarium. The Wave Palace generates artificial waves reaching up to 3 meters in height, the highest of any wave pool globally. The park utilizes a desalination plant to process water used in its attractions and features an on-site facility to heat water to a constant temperature. It is integrated into the natural topography of the land, using gravity to power the majority of its slides and rivers. The Mai Thai River is one of the longest lazy rivers in the world, featuring both slow sections and faster, thrill-focused segments.

Insider tips

Rent a fast pass during peak season to significantly reduce wait times for the most popular slides.

Bring water shoes, as the pathways can become extremely hot under the Tenerife sun.

Arrive early to secure a free sun lounger, as these are claimed quickly by guests upon opening.

Use the park's locker service to store valuables, as many rides prohibit loose items.

What to avoid

Do not attempt to walk between attractions barefoot, as the ground surfaces reach high temperatures.

Etiquette

Swimwear is mandatory on all rides; loose jewelry, t-shirts, or denim are prohibited on most high-speed slides for safety reasons.
