Bolt Tower is a glass-enclosed café and observation deck integrated into the summit of a repurposed former blast furnace at the Dolní Vítkovice industrial site in Ostrava. The site preserves the technical architecture of the Vítkovice Ironworks, which ceased production in 1998. Visitors ascend the furnace via a glass elevator and a series of spiral walkways. The structure is named after the fastest man in the world, Usain Bolt, who officially inaugurated the tower in 2015. The facility features a multi-purpose lounge and panoramic views of the Ostrava region and the Beskydy Mountains. The interior design retains original raw steel elements to maintain the industrial aesthetic of the historic facility.
