It features a massive man-made lake covering 215,000 square meters, designed to serve as an environmental and recreational hub. The park infrastructure includes over 4 kilometers of pedestrian walkways and cycling paths surrounding the water. Green spaces contain thousands of trees and shrubs integrated with an automated irrigation system. The park serves as a primary cooling zone for the surrounding industrial area. Facilities include dedicated children's play areas, open plazas, and various seating arrangements throughout the site. The project was developed by the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON).
