The structure features a cloud-like design created by 170 steel nodes and white-coated steel rods, intended to mimic the appearance of a floating cloud. It stands on the site of the former International Garden Exhibition (IGA) 2017 grounds. The platform provides panoramic views of Berlin, including the Brandenburg landscape and the high-rise housing estates of Marzahn. Visitors access the peak via an inclined elevator or by walking through the Gärten der Welt park. It serves as a prominent landmark within the Erholungspark Marzahn complex.
