The observatory is accessible via a steep walking path or a free shuttle service that transports visitors from the base. Inside, visitors find historical exhibits detailing the construction of the Ulsan Bridge, which is one of the longest suspension bridges in South Korea. The facility includes a digital exhibition hall showcasing Ulsan's industrial heritage and urban development.
