Unlike the predator enclosures in the broader park, the Children’s Zoo focuses on tactile learning and observation of animals that coexist with human settlements. The park design utilizes expansive, wire-free habitats that prioritize animal welfare over traditional caged displays. It is managed by the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality and maintains a strong focus on conservation education.
