The reserve spans approximately 16 hectares of rugged coastline facing the Skagerrak sea. Visitors can navigate the area via marked trails that wind through the rock formations and heathlands. There are no sandy beaches, as the coastline is composed entirely of exposed stone. The reserve serves as a sanctuary for specific coastal flora adapted to high salinity and wind exposure.
