The park is home to a dedicated rose garden that features approximately 3,700 rose bushes of over 300 different varieties. Its layout includes formal walkways, lawns, and waterfront promenades designed to integrate urban architecture with natural landscape elements. The park provides views of the surrounding high-rise skyline, including the Osaka City Hall located on the western end of the island.
