Bukit Batu Putih is a coastal limestone ridge located within the Tanjung Tuan Forest Reserve, serving as a prominent hiking destination overlooking the Strait of Malacca. From the peak, visitors have unobstructed views of the surrounding rainforest canopy and the maritime traffic passing through the narrowest point of the strait. The area is situated in an enclave of Melaka state surrounded geographically by the state of Negeri Sembilan. The trek primarily traverses secondary tropical rainforest and coastal vegetation. It is a shared ecosystem with the adjacent Cape Rachado Lighthouse complex.
