Rongxuan Trail Observation Deck offers a panoramic 360-degree view of the Badouzi Peninsula, specifically overlooking the Badouzi fishing harbor and the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology. The trail is situated on a former site of a Taiwan Power Company staff dormitory, characterized by old banyan trees that form a natural canopy. The wooden observation platform sits at the peak of the short, elevated trail, which is accessible via a series of stone steps. The site provides a distinct vantage point for observing the North Coast railway line and the surrounding topography of the Keelung coastline. It is a secondary, less-crowded alternative to the nearby Chaojing Park views.
