The Toyama Port Observation Deck is a glass-enclosed tower situated at the mouth of the Jinzu River within the Toyama Port area. Standing 24.7 meters tall, the structure is designed to resemble a lighthouse and offers panoramic views of the Sea of Japan, the Tateyama Mountain Range, and the port facilities. It serves as a navigational landmark and provides a 360-degree vantage point of the surrounding industrial and natural landscape. The facility is integrated into the Toyama Port Canal Park area, which links to the city's broader waterfront development. Visitors access the top deck via an internal staircase. The site remains a functional part of the port's infrastructure while serving as a public sightseeing point.
