Maurice A. Ferré Park is a 21-acre waterfront public space located on the downtown Miami shoreline. Formerly known as Museum Park, it serves as a landscaped green buffer between the urban high-rises and Biscayne Bay. The park features the sprawling Maurice A. Ferré Amphitheater, designed for large-scale outdoor concerts and cultural gatherings. The grounds integrate extensive paved walking paths, manicured lawns, and native coastal flora. It sits adjacent to the Perez Art Museum Miami and the Frost Museum of Science, creating a concentrated cultural corridor. The site offers unobstructed views of the MacArthur Causeway and the PortMiami cruise ship terminals. Visitors can access a dedicated baywalk that connects the park to the wider downtown waterfront district. The park is managed by the Bayfront Park Management Trust and serves as a major hub for public art installations.
